Terms and Conditions:

All transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge for use of the card over and above the prices quoted for goods on the RCP web site.

To pay by phone or by email: the customer  will need to quote the full name of the customer as printed on the on the card, the long number across the card and the start and expiry dates plus  the last 3 digits on the reverse of the card – the CVC security code.
Delivery time:  the customer has the choice to decide on the time scale for delivery at point of purchase via the courier service used by RCP UK – normally  either UPS, Parcel Force or similar. Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed but the couriers make every effort to deliver on the date requested  or the time scale paid for e.g. 1- 3 days or 3 – 5 days. Delivery for international orders will depend on the country and the logistical difficulty of sending parcels to a country in a remote area of the globe. Every effort is made to provide tracking facilities via the courier service so that the customer knows the status of  their shipment .
Refund Policy: Refunds will be considered if goods are returned within the required period – usually after a one week trial period of instruments. Cancellation of the purchase: is possible during or after the week trial period and once the purchased instrument has been returned in pristine condition to RCP UK. There  may be a small re-stocking/sanitisation charge incurred for instruments returned in addition to postage costs to be borne both outbound and inbound by the customer.
If the instruments(s) are unsuitable or rejected according to the terms of the trial process they need to be shipped back ASAP after the week trial period has ended or sooner. Instruments returned need to be in pristine condition and RCP UK cannot accept any liability for damage incurred in transit. All charges are to be paid for by the customer including shipping and taxes in the customer’s country. Damaged instruments will be photographed and assessed for charges to repair any damage and this cost to RCP UK will be deducted from the customers initial payment.
Currency: all transactions must be in £ sterling only and no other currencies will be accepted. All charges to be borne by the customer. Delivery of goods will be by standard courier post – Parcel Force , UPS or similar. Currently there are no export restrictions to Europe but this may change in the near future
