Jennie will give a class in saxophone and doubling and give a short recital of Saxophone works

Daniel Rye  

bass clarinettist  : Welsh National Opera   

Dan will take a Bass class and form Bass ensembles with his exciting new arrangements of works specially composed for the course – his workshop/class will culminate in a solo performance from Dan and a performance from the ensemble in the final concert

Alistair has been a guest clarinet tutor on the course for many years and is author of  the amazing theory / sight reading training programme : “Music@ Site” He will demonstrate the programme and also take  one to one sessions  “try outs” of pieces and exam preparation for people who wish to play their pieces through with piano in an individual session with an experienced tutor

 

 

 

 

 Peter Fielding

formerly co-course leader  and ex Bass Clarinettist  of WNO  will direct  the  Convention Clarinet Choir and coach ensembles – it is a great pleasure to welcome Peter back since he stepped down as co-course leader. One of the U.K.’s most respected clarinettists and teachers he will take the convention choir through pieces for all standards.
